nikkid Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 I have forgotten the username and password for the administration side of my on line shop (I didn't build it and unfortunately the guy chose details which were not memorable to me.) I can't seem to find an option to reset these how do go about having them reset?

I basically need to shut the page down and I'm getting very little help from the guy who built the page. I'm going to www.domainname/admin is this the correct place to go?
