Flat rates for Royal Mail Complete Postal Shipping Module

Hi,

I have installed the latest version of Royal Mail Complete Postal Shipping Module

What I would like to do is set it so that that by default all orders are shipped by second class mail - for free.

Also I would like the option for customers to upgrade to first class post for £1

 

Does anyone know how to configure this module to do this?

The only way I can think of doing this using this module would be to enter

 

1:0.00,

 

in the RM second class rates box. This should make all second class deliveries free, up to the maximum 2nd class weight of 1kg.

 

Then in the royal mail 1st class module do something similar but with a price of one pound ie

 

10:1.00,

 

Every order up to 10kg should be one pound. You should then see two options on the shipping page, one showing a price of zero and one showing the price of one pound.

 

I havent tried this, but it should work.

 

You may also be better off using other modules rather than the royal mail ones.
