specific shipping method only for regular customers -> need little helb

Hello everyone, i am building an new shop based on 2.3.1.

I installed the addon "regular customers" (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/2937) for payment conditions and it works well.

I can mark customers as "regular customers" and only they can use e.g. incoice

Now my idea is, that these customers can also use a special shipping method.

I thought it has to be easy....

for payment i have to modify the payment module (e.g. invoice.php) this way

I think i have only to check if regular customer =on, then enable flat, of if rc=off disable.

thats the theory...

I tried several things, but i dont know how to insert the code in my flat.php
