smartwork Posted March 29, 2003 Share Posted March 29, 2003 I think I understand the concept of the snapshot and have actually installed a downloaded version of the snapshot. BUT... are most people working from the snapshot or using the MS1 version? I assume the MS1 version is when everything was working and so that version was documented for downloading. Then, moving forward the CVS snapshot version is present until the next milestone is reached, right? I noticed that the MS1 is dated 2/03. Have there been many advances on the CVS version to warrant going the snapshot or should I go with the MS1 if I plan to install contributions and such. Thanks for any clarifications. So far from what I've seen... this thing rocks. Already looking at that big/medium/thumb size image contributions. Just have to get the host to install NetPBM, I guess. :wink: Thanks!
