Dissident Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 So I'm setting my shop up, osCommerce v2.3.3. I am attempting to activate the USPS module. Got my account with USPS squared away, got my user ID and password fine. Called the web tools people, and they moved my account to the 'production server' so I'm apparently good to go. In another communication from the USPS, I am given URLs to use for the production servers, which I am suppose to use from the 'back end' of my website (I'm assuming they mean via osCommerce). This is where I'm drawing a blank. What do I do next?? Do I need to install a USPS addon? And if so, can someone point me to a simple addon? I'm not running a very complicated operation. I sell music (cds and records, sometime memorabilia), and simply want to use the USPS module to calculate automatically (by weight) shipping (worldwide). I cannot seem to find simple, direct instructions. Thanks in advance for any input/advice! Quote
♥kymation Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 You need to install the USPS module in your Admin >> Modules >> Shipping. The URL is already set, so you just need to add your ID and set up the module. Note that USPS has just made changes to their API, so some services (Parcel Post) don't work. Dissident Posted January 29, 2013 Author Posted January 29, 2013 Thanks for the response, think I have it set up now, except it doesn't seem to work for international shipping? Quote
