Im getting this when I click on my left shopping cart link

 

xxxxxxxxxx.com/'.tep_href_link(FILENAME_SHOPPING_CART).'

 

Where can I change it?

The FILENAME_SHOPPING_CART is a definition that should be in the includes/filenames.php file. It is a standard definition in oscommerce so if it is missing, your code has been altered to cause that or the line of code causing the problem isn't formatted correctly. You can compare your filenames file with the one in the oscommerce package to see if it is missing or not.
