Check here for updates; https://www.x.com/content/update-1-issue-receiving-instant-payment-notifications-ipns-jan-27 My site is not getting IPN notifications this morning... I had a hard time loging into Paypay (checking the IPN setttings) and when I finally got in I see the service was disabled and my URL was missing... They say this are actively working on a solution.
