zigzag
Hope someone can help, I have tried to get on with about two or three shipping mods now and have found the one that seems to suit my needs in the UK best is the standard mod that came with the latest snapshot. Trouble is, when I enter the weights of my goods in grams ie. 70 or 110 etc it doesn't add them up correctly. I have tried to enter them as kg(s) ie .07 or .11 but then it just gets really confused. I've tried it with and without a handling fee, same problem. Example of the bad arithmatic: 1 product 70g = 38.5g or 2 products @70g = 51.33333333333g. :?: Because it doesn't add the weights up right, it gets my shipping wrong. Can someone help, please! smartboyinuk
for the sake of completeness - in case another stupid guy like me happens to make this mistake - the solution is: "Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship " in Configuration--> Shipping/ Packaging :D Bollywood Image Gallery
