spb Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 We have been experiencing problems when attempting to add or modify product attributes (ie size, price, color, etc.). When we change the price, for example and then go to review the change, all attributes are removed. We are currently using OSC 2.2-MS2 Any suggestions?
Guest Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 @@spb MS2 is very old and should not be used any longer. Server updates and PHP changes could greatly effect how the software performs. I suggest a new site using v2.3.3 which is more secure and has a stronger code base. Chris
Bob Terveuren Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Hi Grab a browser with something like HTTPFox or Firebug and look to see what get's POSTed when you update the page - if you can see data there then the problem lies in the receiving end of the page, if the data is missing then it's the sending part. That should help narrow it down?
