webhost_john Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Hi Is the addon Royal mail 'UK_SHIPPING_METHODS_v2.2.2' compatible with Oscommerce version 2.3? After installing all the options are showing in Admin Shipping and set to 'True' I have left the weights & costs at settings provided but nothing is showing on checkout. All my products weight are set to 0.1. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks John Quote
♥14steve14 Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 That add on should work in ver 2.3.3 or at least it does in my test store. The only thing I could suggest is to make sure you have setup each part of the addon correctly. ie ensure that it is enabled and that you have set the correct minimum and maximum weights and costs. It should still work with the included costs, but they should be updated to the latest ones.
