There doesn't appear to be an index.php file. FREE is not better. You got what you paid for.

There should be no less than 47 files (may be more because it's a template) and 8 directories in a normal installation.

By any chance are you supposed to install some specific level of osC first, and then sprinkle the new files from the "template" over that? It certainly doesn't appear to be a complete osC installation in and of itself.

@@DunWeb , there are 1,408 Files and 108 Folders inside the folder "Site" Thats why i didnt understand why i came out like that...

There is a note that says to put everything that is inside of the folder "site" in your ftp. i did it, and i came out like that, thats why i went to the folder "instal//" trought the website and did it by myself but still ... there is any way to fix it?

Presumably the "install" would have to be run at some point in the process, and you may or may not have to manually set up the database for it (as you do with a manual osC installation). If they don't give clear instructions on how to install it, I'd suggest chucking it and starting with a fresh copy of osC 2.3.3. You don't have to pay a penny for any form of osC -- it's free software. That said, if you find the stock store unsatisfactory and are unable or unwilling to customize it yourself, you may not have any choice but to buy something off the shelf. It's up to you.

With this particular "template", at least make sure it's based on osC 2.3.x and not 2.2 or earlier. You're wasting your money if you buy a new store based on an obsolete version of osC.
