steveironpump Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 I have repeatedly truncated the administrative table and used the password reset function but it hasn't been working. I also tried manually changing the password using this tool: http://www.oscommercecustomsolutions.com/os-commerce/modules/2008/ive-lost-my-oscommerce-password-i-cant-login-to-oscommerce/ I have had zero luck though and can't login to my administrative dashboard. I've spent a good two months trying to deal with this issue and have had no progress whatsoever. Any suggestions?
Guest Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 @@steveironpump If you have access to the hosting control panel and the store admin directory, there is no reason that you can't access create an admin account and access the admin area. UNLESS you recently changed some code or altered the database. Also, if you have been unable to do this for the past 2 months, I suggest hiring a developer to correct the issue for you. Chris
steveironpump Posted January 9, 2013 Author Posted January 9, 2013 But I haven't altered any code or changed anything regarding the database. The only factor that has changed is that I forced an SSL re-write to make the website encrypted. I also updated from OS Commerce 2.3.1 to 2.3.3

steveironpump Posted January 9, 2013 Author Posted January 9, 2013 Got it. That would probably make the most sense. I will see if I can get it figured out....
