newmember Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 So this is a little backwards. We service tools at client sites. These tools have to calibrated. We wanted to set up a website where the client could order a "service pack" from us and then the website would print a waybill from a carrier (UPS, Fexed) for the Customer to put on their package to send to us. This way we can track the package and not worry about the Customer ordering the wrong service to the wrong destination. There would be many Customers shipping to different regional centres. Can OSC help here with this requirement? Quote
Guest Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 @@newmember osCommerce can certainly be coded to do what you want, but it is not capable out of the box. A good deal of custom coding will be needed. Chris Quote
♥geoffreywalton Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 If the "label" is effectivly just a standard template you could design it in any word processing package and upload it to your site . Then just put a link for the customer to download it. They then attach to the package An alternative is to attach the document to the order confirmation email. No biggie.
