paid ticket support -includes add ons?

Support Tickets do not cover Add-Ons (unless they were included in the download package). We would help you as best as we can through Support Tickets and can also provide you multiple channels of commercial support for the Add-Ons.

i have asked the author for assistance but no replys, also no reply to a pm.


its all installed but doesnt function as intended, im sure its just a minor mistake on my part but having reinstalled several times on clean install of os im really stuck.


on the one hand you say add ons not supported, but then say you would help as best we can,


perhaps you can review my link above and see if assistance could be provided.

Due to the huge number of Add-Ons available and each store installation being unique, direct support for Add-Ons cannot be provided in the Community Sponsorship Support Ticket package at the current pricing structure. If it's something we think is easy to fix, we'll ask for FTP access and take a look at the source code files. Otherwise we'll provide you a list of commercial support possibilities and guide you in getting the issue solved.


As you are having a problem on a clean installation it would make it very easy for us to take a look and guide you further.
