Entering product info in only one language

Hi!

I've looked around a bit but have been unable to find the solution to this - maybe very simple - problem. I have installed danish language on my site, so I now have english and danish. My problem is that I only want to enter product description/prices in danish, but I would like to be able to have the back-end in english (as an option). Is that possible?? Or is the only way to get rid of the english description, to remove the language?

I have almost done the same for Norwegian. But i completely removed english. Admin i still have in english but that is just a rename of the language file and folder from english to norwegian for admin.

 

Then i deleted english language in admin, and in the 2 languages folders.

 

After i changed the language id of Norwegian to 1 in the database.

(Not sure this is the best way, but it has worked for me)
