seabee Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 I know it sounds strange, and it doesn't work for 99.99% of stores, but I want to be able to allow the customers to email each other, much in the way it works in the admin area. I tried to copy the mail.php file over to the catalog area, but naturally it didn't work. Has anyone else tried this? Quote

But I think you will need to add an option to the create account page asking if this is OK. I wouldn't be too happy to learn that some site posted my private email for any to have access to. Though you will make it very easy for spammers looking to grab email addresses..
