Subcategories not show up

Im using 2.3.1, over 700 categories and over 80 000 products.

Why the subcategories did not show up in there own place?

I mean, that place under the new products where there should be..

You are using a template, you should seek support from the template supplier.

ps. The issue you are having would not be in the index.php, it would be with the new_products.php file

If i remember right, that option works fine in clean install.

 

Here you have new_products file, and i dont have any support in that template anymore.
