Can't find option for pagination of cart contents page.

There are options for limiting the number of products displayed on the product listing page, the order history page, etc. but I can't find the option for limiting the number of products on the cart contents page. Am I missing the obvious or...???

I don't think there is a page pagination option for the cart contents. (someone correct me if I am wrong)

There is not, but it can be created. Not straightforward but certainly do-able.
