I need urgent help with a add on problem

 

I have got this error on my website

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ht_all_pages_title_string in /customers/d/a/8/worldofcosmetics.co.uk/httpd.www/includes/modules/header_tags/ht_all_pages_title_string.php on line 13

 

I was talking to the developer who made it but he has gone offline, please help me
