Issue with "send email" option in tools in admin

Have a strange problem.

 

Trying to send out an email using the "Send email" option under Tools in admin

to "All customers" using my business name and email as the from option, i.e.

nontando<[email protected]>

 

All emails are my customers are correctly setup under customers in admin,

yet it is sending every email to [email protected] instead of my customers emails addresses.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this or how "all customer" is generated?
