Theme will not work

I have purchased a template and when I installed the template I get the following errors. I can log into the admin area no problem. On the same server I have 10 other oscommerce sites so I know there is not a server issue. It was a fresh install with the files provided by the template. Am i right in saying that the template is not built correctly or there is an issue within the coding of the template??

After which, when he/she/they have rectified the issue, post back here to let future readers know the answer...
