Foutmelding met tekst waar een accent in zit

I have problems with special textcharacters such as "é" and so on.

 

When i click on for example "Kérastase" i've got an error "To many redirects..."

 

My english file in the backend is ('CHARSET', 'utf-8');

 

Somebody with the same error and a solution?

Heeft iemand een idee hoe je deze fouten kunt oplossen.

 

Bijvoorbeeld als ik een product heb waarin een speciaal tekstkarakter zit zoals Kérastase geeft dit een foutmelding als als ik er op wil klikken. -> Foutmelding: u heeft teveel omleidingen... (als ik de url dan bekijk staan daar rare tekens waar de "é" staat, dus logisch dat dit fout gaat...)

 

Mijn tekst staat nochtans op define('CHARSET', 'utf-8');

 

Iemand dit ook voor gehad en hoe dit opgelost?

It looks like you have a url rewrite addon installed, such as eg USU5 but did not take care of character conversions

 

What is the addon that you use?

that could be the problem. Have i to set speciale character conversions into it, or reset USU5 cache? (or disable SEO urls5? )

problem solved...I put some speciale character conversions into it (é=>e,è=>e,ë=>e,ï=>i)
