How does a customer leave feedback for an item they have purchased?

I have customers who want to leave feedback for thr items that they have purchased (some of them that are now out of stock) and I cannot figure out how they can do this. Can anyone help?

Customer logs in, goes to the product page and clicks on the "Write a review on this product!" link.

Thank you, Jim. So this allows them to leave a review on a product whether they have purchased it or not. That's ok. What if they want to leave a review for a product they did purchase and it was the only one in stock so it is now not listed on the products page? Or is that something that is not possible?

I believe if the item is no longer listed, then the customer does not have access to the item, they can not leave feedback for it.

 

Check the addons section, there might be something that might help, not sure.
