Admin Password Reset

Can anyone help with my Admin Password.

I need to reset it as it seems to have corrupted somehow and I cant get into my Admin files, I don't realy want to reload it if I can help, but if thats what it takes, then hey ho,

Log into your hosting account control panel and use PHPMYADMIN to open the database. TRUNCATE (empty) the administrators table. Then, log into your admin area of your store (www.yourdomain.com/admin) and you will be notified there is NO administrator and you must create a new username and password. Do so and log in as normal.
