If a customer doesn't have a PayPal account, the shipping address is populated into the billing address and displayed to the customer. I don't know if this is something recent or if it has always been incorrect. Can someone sugguest how to fix this? V J Quote -- A ship in a harbor is safe, but that is not a ships ultimate purpose.

Not sure if it's something new but would really appreciate anyone who has insight to what is happening. To clarify ... customer enters separate shipping and billing addresses into the cart. When they click checkout, they are taken to paypal and click pay without a paypal account. The default billing address is listed and is the shipping address, not the billing address. There is the option to correct this manually but that is asking a lot to expect users to catch this every time. We need to either send the correct information or none at all and have it all be double entry. Someone please help. Quote
