Export Excel Category Issue

I am using the Export Product module in Excel addon - and am having trouble seeing sub-categories when I pick a hgher level catagory. For example - I have a parent category called Beverages. Under Beverages there is Coffee, Soda, Tea, etc.

 

Under Coffee, there is Ground, Whole Bean, Instant.

 

When I run this report, and pick Beverages, I get some of the products in the lower categories, but not all.

 

When I pick say Coffee, I get none of the products on the sub-categories.

 

All I want is a listing, of all my products, with decriptions and prices, that I can print out. I figured this module would work OK - but there is something wrong.

 

I can manipulate the info in Excel, to group as needed - any help would be appreciated!
