Multiple Product Lists per User

I have the need to make multiple product lists for different users.

 

As in UserA sees only Product1 and Product2

 

and UserB sees only Product3 and Product4

 

Is that possible using osCommerce? Does it require heavy modifications to accomplish?

Check the contribution area for Separate Price per Customer and / or Customer Groups
