UPS "Standard" Shipping option not pulling shipping quote correctly

Hello all, was hoping some of you could help me.

 

I have a heavily modified store that uses MVS (Multi-Vendor Shipping) to ship items. I'm using the standard shipping modules that come with it, but they have been upgraded to the newest version.

 

Here's my pickle--all of my shipping options for UPS had worked just fine and dandy up until today. Ground still works--the only one that is curiously not working is Standard shipping, or Canadian Shipping. Does anyone know if there is an update to this? Or does that particular service just happen to be down?

 

I only discovered this because a Canadian customer tried ordering something and it did not work. I double checked her address and it's set properly--and when I try a local United States address (Ground) it works just fine.

 

Please let me know if you have any ideas at all.
