How do I add text next to the number that displays quantities ?

How do I add text next to the number that displays quantities ?

 

Right now, if I enable "Display quantities available" only a number shows up. As a customer, it wouldn't be clear what that number means.

 

 

This is what shows under my item description:

I would like it to show:

 

Quantities available : 1

 

Any suggestions?
