No Administrator Tool Directory

First of all I am getting following error:

 

 

This webpage has a redirect loop

 

The webpage at http://localhost/~abhijit/catalog/admin/login.php has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I tried deleting all the cookies but no luck.

Then I found out that I supplied my administrator username as "ADMINISTRATOR" while doign setup but there is no directory called "ADMINISTRATORS" in my catalog.

I think these both errors are related..

Also I am using /home/abhijit/public_html/catalog directory in opensuse 12.2 to store my catalog

What causes this two errors? help please?

I found out that if i comment out some part of redirect loop in application_top.php then i can get to login page but then i can not login and i get this error on login page:

1062 - Duplicate entry '40l2v09hocjeujhdsm60ucak0162co7l' for key 'PRIMARY'

 

insert into sessions values ('40l2v09hocjeujhdsm60ucak0162co7l6u2anghnglaah82khv50', '1353561464', 'language|s:7:\"english\";languages_id|s:1:\"1\";redirect_origin|a:2:{s:4:\"page\";s:9:\"index.php\";s:3:\"get\";a:0:{}}')

 

Although I have used completely new database.
