monubhadoria1 Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 Had a small problem with the customer purchasing something on the store with PayPal. He got a receipt and it looked like from his end everything was purchased but we never got the money in PayPal nor did we get an indication that there had been a purchase ran through PayPal. So I called PayPal and we found out that the account number for PayPal email address was the old one we used to use which was [email protected] . PayPal went ahead and activated the old address so that would we get the money credited to our account. She then explained to me that we needed to go to the admin site and change the destination emails to reflect the new address which is [email protected]. So I went and did this and hopefully it was at the right spot see below and tell me if that was correct I believe it was.see image also. please reply me. Quote
