Flag image box in Admin Manufactures & Categories

I am trying to remove the blank box that is left in my admin section where the flag image used to be (39 px x 20 px blank box)

 

It is present in the manufactures page before the enter URL, and 3 times on the adding products admin page before Product Name, Product Description, & Product URL

They are not boxes, they are the outlines of the flag image after the language box is uninstalled.

Unfortunately, if the box and its contents are not being removed when you disable the box from the admin area, then your site is not properly coded. Without being able to see the issue, I can't offer any further assistance.
