USPS Parcel not calculating correctly

I am new to osCommerce. I downloaded and installed the latest version (not the beta). It appeared to work well, however, the USPS module that came with it keeps change 6 and some odd change for all shipping whether they are shipping to California or Maine.

I have the origin zip setup so I'm not sure what is going on.

Can anyone assist with this?
