Apostrope error on every page

Hi All

 

I have a bit of an error as all the apostrophes on my page are now showing as �. I dont know what has happened but is there a way to add the apostrophe as a special character someehow, so that all pages show the apostrophe correctly

You edited your PHP files with Word or some other Microsoft product, didn't you? It changed your regular apostrophes ' to "Smart Quotes" angled apostrophes and quotation marks. You can't do that with PHP code. Start over, or go through with a real editor and fix every quote and apostrophe.
