Quantity Discounts

I've found this add-on and wondered if it is suitable for what I need. I've installed the Patrial Quantity Mod and have that working fine. However, the way the system currently works is that when a customer buys under 3kg of grains it is one prices base (say £1.75/kg) and when they buy over 3kg it changes (£1.60/kg). Does this add-on allow for this sort of situation?
