Hi, I am using osc for over 4 years with the same domain. over the passed 6 months, hotmail block my email 3 times.

At the first time they block my order email, I change my domain to a new ip address, and it works for 1 month. My customer can't received account setup or order update email.

second time it happen, I change my email title which is include the order number and my store id in the email title. it works for few almost 5 months.

Now they block me again. So, what should I do in this case?

any advice are welcome

thank you

There is nothing you can do about hotmail. What I do suggest is, DON'T USE HOTMAIL. I have had issues with online mail servers for a long time. In most cases, the client receives one or two emails, and then emails are moved the bulk mail folder and the client never see's them. So, what I did was change my WELCOME email to explain that if they are using an online mail server that they may not receive emails from my site.

Unfortunately, some clients don't pay attention and end up calling or sending me more emails which I can't really reply to because they would end up in the BULK mail folder anyway.

I only using text in email. from the original oscommerce email. doesn't it make any difference?
