♥ecartz Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 You have to do more debugging of why this is happening. In particular, is the email being sent by the server? There should be logs of this. You may need help from your host to check them. You don't explain any of the circumstances. What are your settings in admin > Configuration > Email ? Are you on a Linux server? Windows? What? Note that this almost never works on test servers. Your server needs to have an email server program running. If all else fails, you can look at the Add-on for SMTP Auth. Always back up before making changes.

♥ecartz Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 Sorry, I wasn't on the forums for a while. Try changing the SMTP to sendmail. SMTP is the Windows setting; sendmail is the Linux setting.
