Categories page not loading properly in Firefox

Hello all,

I've been developing a new navigation bar for my website and my categories display page is shifting left in firefox only. I've attached 2 images below to show the shift (since there's this error occuring I didn't want to post it live yet on my site, so I provide screen shots versus links to both pages). When I test the "header.php" file on my development website, it works fine, then on the live non-testing website, it shifts to the left. I've created new CSS sheets for this, so it's not those (or at least I don't think so).

 

My first question:

1) What is the root osCommerce php file that generates the categories page that I have that's shifting to the left?

 

My second question:

2) is there some line of code that will auto-correct this shift in Firefox only that I can implement into my "header.php" file?
