New Products Name not displaying anywhere on website.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was working on my site and I had to do two updates I was on version 2.3.1 and then I updated to 2.3.2 and then finally updated to 2.3.3. Yes, I know I'm behind updating. Well i did everything like it said. I went on there this morning to add three new products everything was working fine and I typed in the product name and then everything else and I clicked save it. It loads goes to the page in admin where you are in your category with all your products. The three products I added new, there product name isn't showing up. Everything else is showing up on the New Product but the product name. Also all the product names on the old products are working perfectly fine.I tried looking in product_listing.php and product_info.php to see if there was anything missing as in product name info and I couldn't see any problem. I am fairly new at this, I do know a lot but I still don't know a lot too. I've tried researching to find what I could have done wrong but I'm at the point where I have no clue. If someone could help me It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - are the new product names visible on the front end? If not then it sounds like an edit error in the admin/categories.php file - have a look and see if all the references to products name in there are the same (products_name, product_name, product-name - all different)

 

A way to test would be to edit an older product and if that comes back with no name too then it's not saving
