installation problem

I've just installed and set everything up, but im having trouble getting into the catalogue ( i can access the admin tool o.k ).

When i try and get into the cataloge i get the following error....

 

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/myhost.co.uk/httpdocs/shop/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 265

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php') in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/myhost.co.uk/httpdocs/shop/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 265

Check your config files. Looks like a configure error.

Infact it is an error in your config files.

Look at the error

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/[b]languages/.php' [/b](include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php')

Notice the extra trailing slash?

ergh sorry, you cant made code text bold.

look at the extra / on the line includes/languages/.php
