Customer info not going over to Paypal

Having issue where a confirmed order shows all customer info, prices, shipping cost, yet doesn't make the trip over to the paypal page. Only the dollar amount less shipping shows in the Paypal landing page. Have checked Paypal module in Admin, seems all info is addressed. Searched the Forums for a cure, Talked with Paypal MTS guy that really knew his stuff, Sez when all Paypal gets from store is an amount has to be something on my side.

 

Not sure what to look for, need some direction?
