How can i have additional cost in Cash On Delivery module?

Hello,

 

i have oscommerce v2.3.1 and i have enabled the Cash on Delivery Module.

 

As i have noticed, this module does not have any additional fee/cost.

 

Is there any way to modify the module and add an additional cost there?
