Customer Password Reset Action Recorder module

Hello, so i am doing the upgrade from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2 and it says the below.

This is no problem to find, but the module is not appearing in the list. I have went over everything 3 times and did do the database query.

Enable Customer Password Reset Action Recorder Module

 

The Customer Password Reset Action Recorder module must be enabled at the following page:

 

Administration Tool -> Modules -> Action Recorder -> Install Module -> Customer Password Reset -> Install Module

 

Can someone help please........

Was your site ORIGINALLY built from v2.3.1 ? Or, was it updated from v2.2 RC2a to v2.3.1 ? Hybrid sites will not have all of the functionality of an 'original' v2.3.1 site.

thank you for the response.... it was part of a template that my customer bought...version checker always said it was 2.3.1....it's funny because the install button says there is one module to install, but when you click on it, the list is empty.....
