jQuery Themerollerroller Theme Removed Infobox Headers-Please Help

I made a custom theme using Themeroller for my OsC installation 2.3.3 and all it did was remove the infobox headers...I followed the instructions from this page >--->

exactly but can't get the theme to show or work correctly.

 

Has anyone else had the same issue?

If so how did you fix it to make the custom theme work?

That happens when one or more of the essential jQuery files is missing or incorrectly named. Open a page from your site in Firefox, right click and select View Source, then click on each of the links in the top part of the page in turn. If you see a 404 notice, that file is missing or misnamed.
