bilbo
I've been looking at this all day... I've set up the following. I have a product with a weight of 227g I have set up the following shipping costs 200:0.72,250:0.84 OSC is calculating shipping of Table Rate Best Way ?3.60! Has anyone got any ideas about this? I wish.... I had the Money of Bill [Gates] The Wit of Oscar [Wilde] and could play the guitar like Carlos [santana]!!! I guess I'll just have to settle with being me! :D
jon_l
Sounds like the same problem as I just had. Go in to admin and there will be a configuration value (in shipping, I think), which sets a maximum package weight. Change that to something more realistic, it is probably 20 at present, say 30000 (for 30kg). That should do the trick. I think. Jon.
jon_l
I meant to add.... I would imagine that the default settings expect you to enter weights in grams. Whilst this isn't enforced, the weight format, and some of the settings suggest this is the case. Maybe this should be pointed out somewhere.... Jon.
