authorizenet problems

Hello

 

I am going nutty here - I have version OS 2.2 installed. But when i go to the admin panel to the payment module and click on authorizenet there is no way to put in the transaction key - just the login.... Now i know this doesn't work with the SIM method - so i surf the boards and find a contribution AuthorizeNetSIMMethodUpgrade.tar.gz - i download it and install it - and still no luck. I have tried putting the receipt page and the relay response page to the checkout_process.php and always I get the error - The gateway no longer supports the requested method of integration... I am at witts end here and need a solution. any help GREATLY appreciated!

What snapshot do you have and what version of the authorizenet.php file?

 

I do not use it, but my file shows the transaction key.

 

If you upgraded recently, you might try turning it off then on again and see if it now shows it when you enable the module.

I have the latest snapshot available - just downloaded it from the os download area - as far as the other file - unsure. I tried turning it off and on again - no luck... strange... i don't understand what i am doing wrong but it has to be something!

 

any other suggestions?

do you have your authorizenet account settings set up for SIM?

 

since they have started phasing out the Web Relay method, there are different setting required depending on whether you are using SIM or ADC direct connect

 

also, sometimes you need to call Authorizenet because they have to make some changes to your account.
