auto comments when select a payment method

I have a food delivery shop which is connected to a printer, all order printing automaticly....

 

I need help for when customers select a payment methot that must be inserted a text like "Customer wishes to pay by card"

 

I have this code from another shoppingcart, can anyone help me to integraget it in oscommerce?
