There are few customers every day that purchase items, receive a transaction id number and their payment goes through. The problem herein lies when we try to process the order, we do not see any products that they ordered. Their payment is sent to us but there are no products. This has been happening everyday for the last couple of months. We have taken care of it manually by sending back refunds, other products, etc. We would like to take care of this so that it doesn't happen anymore. Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks in advance.
