Customer not receiving immediate purchasing message

My customers do not receive the automatic response to their purchase. Please advise. Additionally, the customer's purchase does not consistently remove the product from inventory.

Do they not receive the purchase confirmation at all ? Or, do they not receive it immediately ? What payment method do you have enabled ? Do you have stock control enabled ? Are you using QTPro ? Do you offer virtual products ?

Hi Chris

 

I'm also having this problem. No invoice sent to customer after purchase.

 

The only clue I have to fixing this an Unconfirmed message on the Orders page after Customer Address Status and a red cross.

 

Any help?
