Help configuring something to do w/ localhost at checkout

I'm struggling to get my first successful transaction completed.

 

I'm using PayPal Payments Pro in LIVE mode, and using penny transactions to test right now and the pennies keep hitting my paypal account, but after I hit the 'Pay Now button, I get the message: 'Unable to connect - Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost' (on Firefox) or 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' (on IE).

 

I guess maybe there's something going on in checkout_confirmation.php or checkout_process.php, but I can't figure out what to do next.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated!
